These terms govern your use of this website and the early-access waitlist operated by Gehad Mohamed ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them.
FlipShot is a product in development. Joining the waitlist registers your interest in early access. We make no guarantee as to if or when early access or the product will become available, nor as to its features, pricing or availability. Promotional statements on this site (for example "5 free listings at launch", "founding members keep 3 months of Pro", or waitlist figures) describe current, non-binding intentions and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no purchase, subscription or other contract, and no obligation on either side.
You must be at least 16 years old (or have the consent of a holder of parental responsibility) to join the waitlist.
The site, the FlipShot name and logo, and its texts, layout and original images are protected and owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Third-party trademarks and non-affiliation: brand names, product names and logos shown on this site — including, for example, Nike, Air Max, and the marketplaces named (Depop, Vinted, Poshmark, Mercari, eBay, Grailed) — are the property of their respective owners and are shown purely to illustrate the kind of items and platforms FlipShot is built for. We are not affiliated with, authorised, sponsored or endorsed by any of these companies, and no such association is implied.
Some product images on this site are AI-generated illustrations created for demonstration purposes and do not depict specific real-world inventory.
You agree not to misuse the site, including not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or scrape or collect data by automated means.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for slight negligence, except where it concerns the breach of an essential contractual obligation, in which case liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Our liability under the German Product Liability Act and for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, or from intent or gross negligence, remains unaffected.
We may update these terms as the product develops; the current version is always available here.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
